Jason Scott

Hello, I’m Jason Scott, the Operations Manager for Hometown Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC in Knoxville. With more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I have built my career working in both HVAC installation and service before transitioning into leadership in 2017.

Over the past nine years, I have had the opportunity to lead and develop HVAC technicians while helping launch and grow multiple locations. I have a passion for developing team members and helping them grow into the roles and careers they want to pursue, whether that means advancing into sales, leadership, or other areas of the business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family of five, getting outdoors, fishing, and playing golf. I’m also a passionate Tennessee football fan.

I’m excited to join Hometown and look forward to helping the Knoxville location grow, developing our team, and building Hometown into the best mechanical company in the area.
