Meet Your Local Neighborhood Plumbers
Jimmy was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. He decided to get into the plumbing profession because he enjoys meeting new people in and around his hometown area. Jimmy takes pride in his communication and problem-solving skills and has used these skills to service countless homes throughout the Tri-Cities area over the years. He has spent thousands of hours training in all aspects of plumbing to perfect his skills and accurately diagnose and repair plumbing issues both big and small.
He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Megan and two children, Little Jimmy and Carly. In the summer, the family enjoys camping trips, where they ride dirt bikes and watch dirt bike races. In the fall and winter, you will find Jimmy spending his spare time deer hunting here in his hometown, as well as in Ohio.
Megan was born in Maryland but moved to the Tri-Cities as a child. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband Jimmy and their two children Little Jimmy and Carly. Megan is a graduate of ETSU and has always had a passion to serve others. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Megan stated, “Putting a smile on the faces of our clients is what brings me the most joy from my job. I thoroughly enjoy speaking with our clients and assuring them that we can assist in their time of need.
Jonathan is from Grundy, Va but grew up in the Tri-Cities. He enjoys hunting & fishing. Jonathan spends most of his time with his wife and children.
Tyler James is an accomplished Inventory Manager that was born and raised in Houston, Texas, with a keen eye for optimizing supply chains and streamlining operations in fast paced environments. Bringing a strong technical foundation from his extensive experience in IT, including systems administration, database management, and software implementation. Tyler excels at integrating digital tools to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency. A proud pet parent to two spirited cats, Cheddar and Puzzles, he enjoys unwinding with gaming, fine dining, and weekends snowboarding around Beech Mountain. Passionate about data-driven decision making, Tyler is always eager to tackle complex challenges with precision and innovation.
Dakota has lived in the Jonesborough area the majority of her life. In her free time she enjoys drawing, solving puzzles, kayaking and swimming.
Bill Byrd was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and has worked in HVAC in this area for over 35 years! In his free time, Bill loves to spend time with his wife, Winnie, their 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and their dog. He enjoys collecting guitars and employs much of his spare time picking around on them. Bill is passionate about using his vast knowledge of Heating and Air to provide quality Heating and Air Conditioning service and products to neighbors in the Tri-Cities.
Nathan Leonard loves to hunt and fish. Anytime he’s not working, he can be found with his family or outdoors enjoying life.
Nick was born and raised in Limestone. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and engaging in activities such as fishing, golfing, and getting together with friends on Saturdays in the fall for college football. Nick’s favorite thing about being a plumber is that he gets to be a service to his community that he grew up in.
Jack was born into a Navy family in Charlottesville, VA, and has lived by the beach for most of his childhood. He moved to Mount Carmel after high school and enjoys serving his community here in East Tennessee. In his off time, you’ll usually find him playing video games with his girlfriend, tinkering with 3D design and printing, or simply on a walk with his two German Shepherds, Cassian and Zeus.
You’ll never have to worry about who will show up to your door—all our technicians pass background checks and drug testing. We all wear the Hometown uniform proudly while on the job! Each member of our team will also enter your home with shoe coverings so that it stays nice and clean.
