Meet Your Local Neighborhood Plumbers
Jimmy was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. He decided to get into the plumbing profession because he enjoys meeting new people in and around his hometown area. Jimmy takes pride in his communication and problem-solving skills and has used these skills to service countless homes throughout the Tri-Cities area over the years. He has spent thousands of hours training in all aspects of plumbing to perfect his skills and accurately diagnose and repair plumbing issues both big and small.
He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Megan and two children, Little Jimmy and Carly. In the summer, the family enjoys camping trips, where they ride dirt bikes and watch dirt bike races. In the fall and winter, you will find Jimmy spending his spare time deer hunting here in his hometown, as well as in Ohio.
Megan was born in Maryland but moved to the Tri-Cities as a child. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband Jimmy and their two children Little Jimmy and Carly. Megan is a graduate of ETSU and has always had a passion to serve others. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Megan stated, “Putting a smile on the faces of our clients is what brings me the most joy from my job. I thoroughly enjoy speaking with our clients and assuring them that we can assist in their time of need.
Rusty was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. Rusty’s spare time is spent with his wife Brandi and their two children Emmalyn and Oliver. He also enjoys watching college football on Saturday and deer hunting. Rusty got into plumbing to help people take care of the problems they’re having within their homes. When asked what Rusty feels is the best part of his job he stated, “The best part of my job is meeting new people everyday and that every job is different.”
Kristen grew up in a Navy family and has lived in Florida, Washington, and Maryland, but has lived in Johnson City since 2011. In Kristen’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Joseph and three kids, Emmalyn, River, and Ivy Belle. She loves to travel as much as possible, playing golf and taking the kids on adventures.
Nick was born and raised in Limestone. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and engaging in activities such as fishing, golfing, and getting together with friends on Saturdays in the fall for college football. Nick’s favorite thing about being a plumber is that he gets to be a service to his community that he grew up in.
Joe was born and raised in Oak Ridge, TN. He is married with three kids and two dogs. In Joe’s spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and buying and selling trucks. Joe’s favorite part of the job is meeting new people.
Cade Parker is from Lenoir, NC. He moved back to TN to be closer to family after the military. Cade likes to ride dirtbikes and spend time with his son. He is very outgoing and funny but serious when he needs to be. Cade is very dedicated to his work and takes pride in being very good at his job. Cade has a servant’s heart and will give someone the shirt off his back if needed.
Kyle lives in Mendota, Virginia. He enjoys working with his hands and is praised for his strong work ethic. In his free time, Kyle enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his girlfriend. His favorite food is pizza and will eat it 3 times a day if possible!
Michael Hardin was born and raised in East Tennessee. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family. Michael enjoys being able to help individuals while he pushes himself to always improve in his trade.
You’ll never have to worry about who will show up to your door—all our technicians pass background checks and drug testing. We all wear the Hometown uniform proudly while on the job! Each member of our team will also enter your home with shoe coverings so that it stays nice and clean.
