Maintenance Plan Benefits

Annual Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Inspections

Members receive a yearly preventative inspection covering plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Our technicians thoroughly evaluate system performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Priority Scheduling and Express Service

Maintenance plan members receive priority scheduling when service is needed. Your call moves to the front of the line.

Fixture Warranties

We will extend our warranty to lifetime warranty on all of our supplied fixtures for water heaters, commodes, disposals, and any faucets (excluding outdoor faucets).

Repair Warranties

All repairs will have a warranty extension of 3 years.

Service Fee Waived with Accepted Work

The service fee is always waived for members as long as work is performed.

Exclusive Member Discounts

Members receive 15% off parts and labor on qualifying services not covered under routine maintenance.
